The Recipe

Brazilian Barbecue:

Ingredients:

Sirloin steak or sirloin steak (1.5 kg)
Tuscan sausage (500 g)
Chicken hearts (300 g)
Coarse salt (to taste)
Chopped garlic (optional)
Bamboo or metal skewers
Charcoal for barbecue
Preparation:

Preparing the meat: Cut the sirloin steak into slices about 3 cm thick, against the grain. Season with coarse salt, spreading it evenly over the surface of the meat. Let it rest for a few minutes.

Sausage and Chicken Hearts: Season the chicken hearts with coarse salt and chopped garlic, if desired. Skewer the sausage and chicken hearts onto the skewers.

Grill and Barbecue: Light the barbecue and let the charcoal burn until a white layer of ash forms, indicating that it is ready to grill.

Grilling the Meat: Place the skewers on the grill, starting with the meat that takes longer to cook (like the picanha). Turn them from time to time until they are well cooked and have a golden, juicy crust.

Special Tip: Serve the sliced meat directly on your guests' plates, "rodízio" style, to impress and provide an authentic Brazilian barbecue experience.
